Addressing the Fear of Being Followed

Do you often feel like you are being followed or watched, whether in Ottawa, elsewhere in Canada, or globally? The sensation of eyes constantly upon you can be unnerving.

Monitoring and Device Surveillance Concerns

Have you ever considered the extent to which your devices may be monitored? Whether it's your smartphone, computer, or tablet, surveillance could be infringing upon your personal privacy, even at times when these devices are not connected to the internet.

Hidden Video Cameras: A Public Concern

Are there hidden video cameras surveilling your private spaces, like your home or vehicle? Such an invasion of privacy is a serious concern that demands attention.

Understanding Harassment in Ottawa Canada

Feeling harassed or threatened in your neighborhood or public areas is an unfortunate reality for some. It's critical to address these concerns not only personally but with community support and the aid of appropriate authorities.

Taking Action Against Infringements

Here at X-Filt LABS INC, we are committed to helping you combat wrongful accusations and invasions of privacy. Whether you believe there are backdoor devices used against you or your personal space is violated, knowing your rights and the necessary steps to take can empower you. Start by submitting a Freedom of Information (FOI) request with Municipal Police Services such as the Ottawa Police Services.

By recognizing the mechanisms used against you, such as through payments made to monitor your activities, you can take a stand and bring an end to unwarranted surveillance and harassment. Reach out to our team for guidance on how to protect your privacy and well-being effectively.

You're being harassed by members of the general public even in your own neighborhood ? Are you being followed ? Do you feel like your computer, smart phone, tablet is being monitored even when they're not connected to the internet ? You're not imagining these things, people are in fact harassing you and you are being monitored and being followed. This is what you can do. You can use the following details to fight back.

There's probably hidden video cameras inside and on the outside of your vehicle, inside of your residence (places such as fridge, bathroom shower, fridge, washing machine, dryer and everywhere else). I'll help you find them and tell you who to file a complaint against in order to get these people investigated and off your back.

Here is what you can do. Keep reading:

Submit a FOI Freedom of Information Request with the Municipal Police Services (e.g. Ottawa Police Services) Request for Information Unit and Appendix A here is what you put in the application here. See sample FOI Application just change the name and date of birth. These people who are monitoring you and watching your every move are being paid by a sworn police officer through a special expense account that is being funded through the Municipal Police Services (e.g. Ottawa Police Services). So for example the Ottawa Police Services make payments to this sworn police officer and this officer in turn pays civilian members of the general public. IF you do a FOI search for your name nothing will turn up. These members of the general public perform different roles in how they operate. One person has a full time responsibility in monitoring your electronic devices (such as smart phone, computer, tablet, cells, hidden video cameras, listening devices in your home, and wherever you go and so on). Another person is responsible for controlling the GPS device installed in your vehicle. Another person is responsible for coming into your home while you're sleeping. They monitor you wherever you go. According to me these people have installed their backdoor technologies everywhere and can follow you wirelessly using their cellular technologies. They've installed hidden video cameras and hidden listening devices everywhere you can possibly imagine. These technologies are installed in every smart phone, computers, tablets and so on dating back to 2010-2012. So you can destroy your smartphone and CPU but this won't help you get rid of them permanently. I'll show you what you can do to get rid of them once and for all.

Find their hidden video cameras and report your neighbors as the likely persons who are monitoring you. Chances are that it's the neighbor that lives right beside you and who has an adjoining wall that separates you and them.

The hidden video cameras are primarily in the ceiling everywhere in your place of residence and in your vehicle. To find them use the following techniques. In your place of residence they have been installed inside the ceiling joists. They will NOT be located just anywhere inside the drywall with no solid backing as there HAS to be wood backing behind the drywall. These hidden video cameras can be installed inside ANY material (brick, drywall, wood, metal etc.) You CANNOT find them by just looking at the surface of the material. Another way to locate these hidden video cameras anywhere is to call a security (PI) company and hire the services of their non-linear junction detector. These devices will find anything inside wood or inside drywall. Once you have found the video cameras tell the Ottawa Police to speak to your neighbors. Chances are the neighbor that is always at home is the person who the Police will want to speak with. My suggestion would be to call a PI company first thing in the morning and have them come out to conduct a sweep using one of those NLJD and the reason for this suggestion is so that you don't give these fuckers who installed the hidden video cameras an opportunity to remove them. If the proposition of doing a NLJD sweep is too expensive then simply start removing the ceiling drywall in strategic locations. Typically I have discovered these hidden video cameras in the ceiling where it might be necessary to be installed so that they get a b-line close up shot of what you're reading whether you are standing or sitting down.

So if you're sitting down at a table, on a chair or sitting on a bed there is an extremely high probability that there will be a hidden video camera right above inside the drywall. But not just anywhere above but rather inside the wooden strapping that the drywall is screwed into. The strapping of course is located inside the drywall. You can use a magnet to locate the strapping because the magnet picks up the screws that are used to screw the drywall into the strapping. Very simple process in finding the strapping. Once found, start cutting out the drywall in these strategically located areas as described just above. The cameras are also hidden inside your vehicle inside the ceiling of the car roof. If you remove the ceiling material by cutting it up you will find the hidden video cameras there. Anywhere in the vehicle where someone can sit inside and read something there will be a hidden video camera right above.

UPDATE (September 12 2025):
Had a spectrum analyzer and NLJD analysis of our small home here in Ottawa and it found nothing. Unfortunately the only solution is to physically inspect the ceilings and walls for hidden video cameras by cutting out the drywall carefully which can be done if you follow the above information I have provided or drop me an email. The reason why no audio or video bugs were not found is two folds. For one the devices used by the private investigation firm contains a backdoor which allows these people to wirelessly control the countermeasure surveillance devices (Spectrum Analyzer, NLJD, etc.) at will. Secondly the devices were removed prior to the sweep. My gut feeling is that the likely reason for the null detection is that these countermeasure devices (equipment) contain a backdoor. So I will urge that you begin by removing the drywall in strategically located spots in your home to uncover the hidden video cameras. If the home is rented you need permission from the landlord otherwise you can do as you will. I have plans of doing the same where I live as I do not have to ask a landlord. Just some further details I can assure you that every nook and cranny where one of these hidden video cameras can be hidden has been indeed installed. Places like inside washer and dryers, dishwashers, inside shower areas (stalls) and toilets. It's pretty cheap to repair drywall these days as you should be able to find a drywaller or handyman on kijiji who will work by the job or by the hour. I've also noticed that our sinks, bathtub and toilet can easily get backed up for no apparent reason. Yes they have this capability as well. Your vehicle also contains hidden audio and video and gps devices. These devices are 100% hidden inside the walls of the vehicle and painted over so the only way to disover them is to do a physical search essentially destroying parts of the vehicle. An idea with respect to your vehicle is to buy a second hand car for under $5K make it road worthy and trash it by removing the ceiling panels and the removing parts of the walls of the hull of the vehicle from the interior. This is the only way to find their hidden cellular modem and gps and hidden video cameras. I'll be posting this website link on Instagram as well as this is another avenue to get my message across.
